Amy arrived in September 2021 and was adopted by a lovely family. She lived very happily with that family until sad circumstances changed everything for her family - and Amy come back to PJ under our promise of lifetime rbu (rescue back up).
Since then, Amy has been given time to adapt to the changes in her life and she has now settled back into life at PJ which she seems to remember as a happy place where she is carefree and relaxed. She has been enjoying lots of warm snuggles, lots of love and cuddles, lots of time and freedom to run in the PJ fields, potter in the garden, or take lovely leisurely lead walks around the village.
Amy is Happy with a capital H! She smiles! Her whole demeanour spells happinesss! She is a labrador sized happy, sometimes bouncy, gentle mature/older girl - but not 'old'. She enjoys her walks but doesn't need anything too strenuous as she loves her comfy squishy bed and snuggles just as much as her walks. She likes a quiet calm environment without too many visitors and would prefer to be the only dog in a home - and no cats. Amy would love a safe garden to potter in and a caring human to cuddle up with her and spoil her.
Amy loves her home comforts and after suffering loss and sadness in her life, she is more than ready for another chance to find her special human.
