INTRODUCING... two little 'dots'

Sometimes, dogs are unwanted. To a dog lover that is shocking, but it happens. We will never know exactly why these dogs were abandoned - first in their own country where they were left in a dirty crowded shelter, and then in the UK - but that is exactly why rescues exist and PJ was lucky enough to be in the right place at the right time, and with one spare kennel after a recent adoption - so these two lucky souls have found their safe stepping stone to a forever home. And we really hope it will be their forever home as these two tinies have been through enough in their short lives.

Originating in Bosnia, these tiny vulnerable dogs were in the foreign shelter at the same time and perhaps their firm bond was formed to support each other against the much bigger dogs - or perhaps they have always been together. They currently lean on each other for support and, taking everything into account, we would like to find a home for them together. They are only little dogs - well, extra small & small - so there must be a home out there with space for this special pair.

Toffee (female) is tan and white and born in 2018 (according to her passport). Poppy (female) is light brown shaggy coated and also born in 2018. Whether indoors or out, Poppy and Toffee take turns to shine - each showing their individual personality depending on their own preferences. Both are friendly dogs who enjoy a cuddle and have oddles of personality between them. They are very clean in their kennel, don't eat a lot due to their size(!), have lived in a house when in foster, and are ready to find their forever family.

Toffee and Poppy are walked in a harness as we prefer them to collars, especially on small dogs - collars can be quite traumatic for dogs who have been caught by the dog catching pole. They enjoy their walks and would love a secure garden to explore.

Toffee and Poppy are available for adoption as a pair. We would not expect the full adoption donation for two dogs if they can find a loving home together - please discuss this with us if you are interested in offering both a forever home. Rescue backup & support is offered to ensure the safety of these precious souls.
